Jen began her journey in the lash industry in 2019, fuelled by a genuine passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful. What initially started as a side hustle after long days at her full-time job soon evolved into something more. By 2021, she opened her first salon and made the leap into lashing full-time. Her growth has been rooted in word of mouth, hands-on experience, and a strong commitment to upskilling through workshops and continued education.

As a trainer, Jen takes a thoughtful and tailored approach. She adapts her teaching style to suit each student, focusing first on building confidence and mastering quality. Only once the foundations are strong does she guide students towards improving speed - always with a clear standard for excellence. All of her courses include live model demonstrations, giving students the opportunity to see lashing in real time and learn what truly sets high-quality work apart.

Today, Jen not only runs a thriving salon but has also launched her own product line. She leads a small but passionate team, supported by one staff member and a trusted group of subcontractors and beauty professionals.
