As a lash educator, Jess has trained hundreds of students across Australia and overseas, focusing on precision, creativity, and innovation. She believes in empowering her students to not only master lash techniques but to embrace their own artistic signature, guiding them to redefine beauty through their creative expressions.

Beyond the classroom, Jess is the founder of Top Lash Maker Philippines, a prestigious competition that highlights exceptional lash artistry, and EyeQ Lash & Brow Australia, where her innovative techniques have gained widespread recognition. Her mission is to inspire aspiring lash artists to push boundaries, elevate their skills, and build thriving careers in the lash industry.
